U.S. Global Change Research Information Office Contracted to the Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN) at Columbia University.  It provides access to data and information on global environmental change research, adaptation/mitigation strategies and technologies, and global change related educational resources 

U.S. Global Change Research Program Its mission is  to increase scientific knowledge of global change, with the goal of reducing the vulnerabilities of human and ecological systems to major environmental changes.
