Minsky Jewish Heritage Video Collection

The Minsky Jewish Heritage Video Collection is part of Fogler Library's media collection, thanks to a gift from the Minsky Judaic Studies Fund, supported by the families of Norman Minsky and Leonard and Renee Minsky of Bangor. Faculty member Laura Lindenfeld submitted the grant to the New York-based Charles H. Revson Foundation, which required matching funds from local donors. The collection is one of only two in Maine (the other is at the Jewish Federation of Southern Maine) and will serve as an important state resource in furthering the understanding and knowledge of Judaism and Jewish life, history, and culture.
