About the Friends
Today private support to augment public funding is more important than ever as Fogler Library strives to maintain its leadership position in teaching, research, and public service. Among the Friends' many projects are funding for the Patent and Trademark Depository and a gift of sheet music for our music collection. The group sponsors the Creative Contributions to Fogler Library award, which is given annually to a member of the Library staff, and also provides support for Arts and Humanities month, our Alumni Weekend reception, and a variety of speakers and events. We invite you to become a part of this very special tradition.
