1. SERVICES
    A. INTERLIBRARY LOAN (ILL) AND DOCUMENT DELIVERY SERVICES
Library staff members in the ILL Services office can answer your questions about obtaining research materials from other libraries as well as a new way to directly request scans of journal articles through ILLiad accounts. You can contact them by phone (Mary Beckett is at 581-1671 and Sheila Sandin is at 581-1684), FirstClass email or stop by the office on the first floor in the Information Commons area. Office hours are M-F 8-4:30. Our work study students, Mat, Andrew, and Faith work with us to retrieve, receive, package, and scan materials and help us keep the workflows manageable.

Delivery Services
Requests for PDFs of journal articles or book chapters held by Fogler Library may be made through your ILLiad account. New request forms are available in the Request Menu (Scan of a Journal Article and Scan of a Book Chapter). After scanning, we will post the PDF to your ILLiad account and you will receive an email notifying you of the document’s availability. If you do not currently have an ILLiad account, you can use the Create an Account link from the ILL page <http://www.library.umaine.edu/ill/> to create one. If you are not sure about your account or your password, feel free to contact us to check or reset as appropriate.

B. SUBJECT SPECIALISTS
