Ask-a-Librarian Services |
The Ask-a-Librarian service allows students, staff, and faculty to chat with, or to email, a Librarian. It is an ideal option for that quick question about a particular fact or database. If you are using Internet Explorer as a browser, the librarian can work with you in real time on a shared web page, ideal for questions about dabatases. Chat services are available Sunday 1 to 5 pm and 6 to 9 pm, Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 9 pm, and Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
You may email us at any time and you will receive a reply within 24 hours acknowledging the
receipt of your e-mail. Exceptions to this are Friday evenings, Saturdays,
and holidays. Please be assured we will respond to your question as quickly as possible.
