Using Reserves

Accessing Electronic Reserves
Go to the Library web page at: http://www.library.umaine.edu/

Select the Reserves tab, located at the upper-center portion of the page.
Search reserves by course name or by instructor.
Select the appropriate course if more than one is listed.

Click on the first title, it will look something like this:
1***LINK***FOR***ALL***___***___***E-RESERVES***
(all e-reserves for a class are accessed through this one link)

On the next page, click on the words “E-RES ACCESS” when they appear under the heading:
“Click on the following link for Electronic Access"

Enter your class password when the Docutek page opens.

Hard copies of items that are also available electronically will say
(E-RES ALSO) next to the title

Adobe Reader should open automatically (to download, see below). Document will appear on screen.

Printing

Click on the small printer icon on the Acrobat toolbar.
Do not use the printer icon at the top of the page.
Do not click the printer icon multiple times.
Please do not print multiple copies on public printers.
