Hudson, a graduate of the University of Maine class of 1914, owned and managed Piney Heights in Winthrop, Maine, the largest producer of cauliflower and brussels sprouts in New England. Part of his estate was donated to the University of Maine for a museum in memory of his wife Caroline Doane Hudson. Collection consists primarily of certificates, diplomas and photographs.
