Adding Town Reports Links to URSUS

Purpose: To add a Town Reports URL to the correlating URSUS bib record.

• For each new town added to the Town Reports page, a corresponding link needs to be added to the URSUS bib record.
• Find the corresponding bib record in Millennium by doing a subject search on Town reports Maine [Name of town]
• Add a new field that reads:

  • 856 41 |uhttp://library.umaine.edu/townreport/holdings.htm#Augusta|zOnline access to selected volumes
    (Substitute the name of the appropriate town for "Augusta.")

• Find the record in URSUS and check that the link works properly.
