University of Maine Foundation Patent and Trademark Resource Center (PTRC) Orono’s Patent and Trademark Resource Center (PTRC) is a public service of the University of Maine’s Fogler Library in partnership with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The PTRC is on the first floor of the Fogler Library on the University of Maine campus.
