Indexes and Databases

These electronic databases are licensed by Fogler Library.  Access is limited to students, faculty, and staff of the University of Maine.  Many of these databases provide access to journal article citations and abstracts, with some full text. Check with a librarian for further assistance.

American Energy Society Organizational Membership	The American Energy Society is an association for energy professionals that provides non-partisan energy news, insights, and professional development opportunities. Its mission is to solve the world's greatest energy and environmental challenges. UMaine's three-year ( August 2021 to August 2024) institutional membership provides access to timely reports, meetings and conferences, education programs, and services. Note: You must create a personal account on the American Energy Society site using a maine.edu email address in order to access the publications Energy Matters, Energy Today, and other resources.
