For those of you familiar with the database LexisNexis Academic, please note that this database has a new name and a new look.  Now called Nexis Uni, the full-text news, business, and legal content is the same, but the search interface is quite different.  Please contact Nancy Lewis (lewis@maine.edu) if you’d like an overview of the new features.

2. November Grants 101 Workshop

Date & Time: Tuesday, Nov. 21, 10am-12pm

The Grant Development Office and Fogler Library are sponsoring “Grants 101: Seeking, Analyzing, and Writing Basics.” At the workshop, you will:

  • search for grants in PIVOT
  • analyze an agency’s Request for Proposals
  • learn Grant Writing Basics
