4-3 Fund Adjustments

Purpose: To add or edit fund appropriations and expenditures in Sierra.

  1. Select “Funds” from the “Acquisitions” section of the drop-down menu.
  2. Click on the “Adjustment” tab at the left of the screen.
  3. Scroll to find the desired fund.
  4. Click on the “appropriation” or “expenditure” box next to that fund.
  5. Enter the desired amount into the box (you can enter 0 if removing an appropriation or expenditure). You can add or edit multiple fund amounts per session.
  6. Click “Finish”. Changes will be visible after the next posting.
