Technology Equipment and Media Loan Policy

University of Maine Students, Faculty, and Staff with valid ID may borrow equipment for 3 days.
Equipment may not be renewed.
Be mindful of when equipment is due and return it on time; otherwise, you will be billed per item replacement and late charges. Please do not jeopardize your equipment borrowing privileges by repeatedly returning it overdue.
You are solely responsible for equipment while it is in your possession. Please handle with care. Fogler Library reserves the right to determine case-by-case whether any damage was due to accident, abuse, or intentional misuse. If equipment is stolen while in your possession, you will be billed for the replacement.
