4-3 Fund Adjustments
Purpose: To add or edit fund appropriations and expenditures in Sierra.
- Select “Funds” from the “Acquisitions” section of the drop-down menu.
- Click on the “Adjustment” tab at the left of the screen.
- Scroll to find the desired fund.
- Click on the “appropriation” or “expenditure” box next to that fund.
- Enter the desired amount into the box (you can enter 0 if removing an appropriation or expenditure). You can add or edit multiple fund amounts per session.
- Click “Finish”. Changes will be visible after the next posting.
