1. New Hot Topics Guide: Women and Activism
As March is Women’s History month, a new Hot Topics guide on Women & Activism has been created. This guide highlights many women who are now working to affect national change, as well as resources about some women who have led such efforts in the past. There will also be a physical display in Fogler Library in March.
2. Access to Fogler When Traveling Abroad
If you are planning to travel out of the country and would like to ensure access to Fogler resources while you are away, please contact your Subject Librarian ahead of time.
3. Make Music with Your Computer Workshop
Date & Time: Monday, March 27, 6pm-8pm
Location: Fogler Library Classroom
This workshop will introduce the process of making music with a computer using Supercollider, an open source music programming language used by composers, audio researchers, and programmers around the world.
By the end of this workshop, attendees will have a basic understanding of some programming concepts as they apply to music. No experience is needed in either music or programming.
